Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at SmartFly. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
SmartFly brand products can be returned for any reason within 10 days of receiving the product. We are unable to accept returns of non-SmartFly (raydynamics.com/flysim) branded) and any software licence keys or concierge support fees. .
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following:
– The product was received in the last 20 days
– The product is in its original packaging,
– The product is in ‘as new’ condition, is not scratched or damaged. and contains all cables and accessories
-Please email us at: smartfly@raydynamics.com Further return instructions will be provided by mail.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Products that are returned with missing accessories, or visible signs of use or damage may be accepted for refund at the discretion of ray dynamics and may be subject to a restocking fee.
